Mr. Ludd's 5th grade literature assignment #1

Title- Compare and Contrast of Literature
Due date- April 20th

Content
  • You are to choose two books by the same author, and read both books
  • Your product will be a presentation of the similarities and differences of the books
  • Your presentation can be a written paper, a powerpoint presentation, a poem, a play, or anything else you think of. Please get my approval for what type of presentation you plan to present
Keep an eye on this blog, since I am sure our librarian will have plenty of advice for you choice of books.

We will be talking in class about this, but this assignment will mainly be done on your own time.

    This is a great assignment. I just read a book by Jerry Spinelli and now I can read another one.

    As your librarian, I can tell you that there many authors who have written numerous books: Spinelli, Cleary, Blume, Sachar, and Yep to mention a few.
